Miss Houston 2008

On October 20, 2007Rachel was crowned Miss Houston    She was crowned by Miss Montgomery 2007, Adrianna Nelson who went to HSPVA with Rachel. Rachel's best friend, Candice was crowned Miss Montgomery County 2008 at the same pageant. They are both so excited because they will be able to make appearances together. Rachel is so excited to be working with Tammye and Sheila to prepare for Miss Texas.
