Obesity is Reduced in Youth
We had a wonderful time making jingle bell bracelets to wear on wrists and ankles. We danced to Jingle Bells and other fun holiday songs. I experienced a language barrier with one child, but was assisted by the teacher. We talked about eating healthy and MOVING!!!!
I learned that I need to brush up on some healty eating tips in Spanish!!!
