Miss White Rock Lake |
Rachel won the title of Miss White Rock Lake 2010 on November 1, 2009 in Dallas Area. She is so excited to be working with Greg and the Miss White Rock Lake Board to serve the area and prepare for Miss Texas. Rach is so excited to have Destiny Velez as Teen White Rock Lake. They hit it off right from the start and look forward to an exciting year together!!! |
